The winning entry will be published and announced in the Shropshire Review, together with the best of the other entries, where space permits. The winning entry will be the one judged as ‘best picture’ in the opinion of Russell Baker, manager of the Jessops shop at 60 Southwater Arcade, Telford. His decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
